Welcome to 7H Trip (七心旅行). By accessing our website or using our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 7H Trip's website and services, you confirm that you:


  • Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Accept these Terms of Service in full
  • Agree to our Privacy Policy

  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Our Services

    7H Trip provides inbound tourism services to China, including:


  • Customized tour packages and itineraries
  • Hotel and accommodation bookings
  • Transportation arrangements (flights, trains, private transfers)
  • Guided tours and activity bookings
  • Visa assistance and travel documentation support
  • Travel consultation and planning services

  • All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

    3. Booking and Payment

    Booking Process:

    To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required. Full payment must be received at least 30 days before departure.


    Payment Methods:

    We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and WeChat Pay/Alipay for international clients.


    Pricing:

    All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include taxes and service fees as specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant currency fluctuations or unforeseen cost increases.


    Confirmation:

    Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit and written confirmation from 7H Trip.

    4. Cancellation and Changes

    Cancellations by Client:

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (3%)
  • 30-59 days before departure: 70% refund
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

  • Changes by Client:

    Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the change and timing. Please contact us as early as possible for any modifications.


    Cancellations by 7H Trip:

    In rare circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we may need to cancel tours. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.

    5. Travel Requirements

    Passports and Visas:

    It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond your travel dates) and appropriate visa for China. We can assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval.


    Health and Vaccinations:

    You are responsible for meeting all health requirements for travel to China. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before travel.


    Travel Insurance:

    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss. 7H Trip is not liable for losses that would be covered by travel insurance.


    Physical Fitness:

    Some tours involve physical activity. Please inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations when booking.

    6. Liability and Limitations

    Our Liability:

    7H Trip acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Our liability is limited to the direct services we provide.


    Force Majeure:

    We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.


    Limitation of Liability:

    Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.


    Indemnification:

    You agree to indemnify 7H Trip against claims arising from your breach of these terms or negligent behavior during the tour.

    7. Client Responsibilities

    As a client, you agree to:


  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled activities
  • Respect local laws, customs, and cultural norms
  • Follow the guidance of tour guides for safety reasons
  • Treat other travelers and service providers with respect
  • Report any issues or complaints promptly to your guide or our office
  • Not engage in illegal activities during the tour
  • 8. Intellectual Property

    All content on the 7H Trip website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.


    User-generated content (reviews, photos) submitted to our platform may be used by 7H Trip for marketing purposes with appropriate attribution.

    9. Privacy and Data

    Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

    10. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Guilin Arbitration Commission for arbitration.


    For international clients, we also accept jurisdiction of courts in your home country for consumer protection matters.
